Getting Around the New Heartwood Website:

How do I find a specific product?

• There are several ways to find products on the new Heartwood website. Use the search bar at the top right of the website to search by product name, SKU, or keyword.
• You can also browse through the main navigation by selecting an overall product category, such as Seating, Desking, Storage, etc. From there, you can select a subcategory to view a more specific range of products. This will take you to a product filtering page where you can browse the full selection within that category.

How do I filter products by Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order?
Once you are on a product filtering page, use the Availability filter to browse products based on how they are supplied:

• Ready to Ship (HDL) – products available through our Ready to Ship program.
• Made to Order (HML) – custom furniture manufactured in Kelowna, BC.

You can also use the other available product filters (such as colour, series, material, etc.) to narrow your results and quickly find the products that best meet your needs.

Can I browse products in another way?

• Yes. For an alternate furniture browsing experience, click the Furniture button in the main navigation. This will take you to a dedicated page where our product categories and subcategories are clearly broken down, making it easy to explore and browse our full furniture selection.

How do I browse Ready-to-Ship products?

• Select Ready-to-Ship under the Availability filter to view products available through our Ready to Ship program.

How do I browse Made-to-Order products?

• Select Made-to-Order under the Availability filter to explore our custom furniture, manufactured in Kelowna, BC.

How do I browse products by series?

• Use the Series filter on the product filtering page to view products belonging to a specific Heartwood series.

How do I find your product offerings for a specific market or industry?

Use the Markets section found on the main navigation for the relevant market filters to explore layouts suited to:

• Business & Office
• Education
• SOHO
• Dorm & Communal

How do I find product specifications, documents & resources?

• Select a product to view its detailed product page. Depending on the product, you may find dimensions, finishes, materials, features, options, downloads and other product information on the features navigation found under the main product photo and description.

Where can I find product pricing?

• Pricing is available through the Dealer Portal for authorized dealers. If you are a dealer and need access, see the Dealer Portal section below.

Can I customize Heartwood furniture?

• Yes. Our Made-to-Order (HML) collection offers customization options. Select Made-to-Order under the Availability filter to explore available products and options.

What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order?

• Ready-to-Ship (HDL) products are part of our quick ship offering, while Made to Order (HML) products are custom furniture pieces manufactured in Canada that require a longer lead time.

I can’t find a product I saw on the old website. What should I do?

• Our new website brings the former HDL and HML product offerings together in one place. Try searching by product name or SKU or use the Availability, Series, and other filters to narrow your results.

DEALER PORTAL HELP

How do I access the Dealer Portal?

• Select the Dealer Portal icon found on the right side of the search bar on the website navigation and sign in using your dealer account credentials.

I had an account on the old website. Can I use the same login?

• If you are an existing dealer, please follow the instructions sent to you by email to access the new Dealer Portal. If you cannot locate the email, simply reset your password before logging in to the new portal for the first time.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

• Select Forgot Password on the Dealer Portal login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

What information can I access through the Dealer Portal?

• Depending on your account permissions, the Dealer Portal provides access to dealer-specific information such as:
• Product pricing
• Product availability
• Stock information
• Dealer resources
• Product documentation
• Ordering information

How do I view pricing?

• Once signed in to the Dealer Portal, dealers can access pricing via our Downloads section under Pricebook.

How do I check product availability or stock?

• Sign in to the Dealer Portal to access dealer-specific availability and stock information for our East and West Distribution Centres.

Why can’t I see pricing or stock information?

• Pricing and stock information is only available to authorized dealer accounts. Make sure you are signed in to the Dealer Portal with your dealer account.
• If you believe you should have access but cannot see this information, contact our team at cs@heartwood.ca.

Can I browse the entire Heartwood product collection while logged in?

• Yes. The new website brings our Ready-to-Ship (HDL) and Made-to-Order (HML) collections together, allowing dealers to browse the full Heartwood offering in one place.

Where can I find the HDL and HML Pricebooks?

• The latest pricebooks can be accessed through the available resources/download sections.
